How To Order

How do I place an order?

1. After you place an order and check out, we will reply and confirm your order via E-mail/SMS/Whatapps/Wechat shortly, with payment details provided. 

2. Please send us the deposit slip/ proof of payment after transaction is made.  Payment must be made within 24 hours        after order confirmation is received, otherwise, your order will be cancelled.

3. At this moment, we accept bank transfer (ATM/online transfer) or BOC Pay or MPay only.

Shipping​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Shipping is free to Macau and shipping to Hong Kong is paid by receiver

• For delivery to Macau, you could choose your items to be sent by

       1.) SF Express or

       2.) Make an appointment and delivered by our staffs or

       3.) Pick up at the store (Address: Rua de Luis Joao Baptista No.3-A, R/C, Macau)

• For delivery to Hong Kong, all items will be sent by SF Express

• Once order is being dispatched, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

• Please make sure your shipping information provided is correct, updated and complete. We shall ship the product to the shipping information accordingly

• By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy
